Ten things to do in the next 30 days

Do you want to make a success of your business?

If so, Richard Hytner suggests that there are ten tasks you can carry out during the next 30 days that will help you in your quest.

These are:

  1. Redefine the business you are in.
  2. Complete the Ten Cycle.
  3. Reframe you value proposition.
  4. Create a new roster of partners.
  5. Have one moment of truth.
  6. Take the team to a Spa.
  7. Partner with sensualists.
  8. Work on recommendations.
  9. Turn detractors into advocates.
  10. Get on screen.

These ten points formed part of a presentation Hytner made to senior bathroom company executives at the Bathroom Manufacturers Association Annual Conference on 20 October.
