Interiors Hub goes live!

Interiors Birmingham was the setting for the official launch of Interiors Hub, a brand new website that will embrace all interiors sectors.

Developed by UBM Live, the Interiors Hub (http://www.interiorshub.com/) will deliver the ultimate information-based website for interiors professionals that puts news, jobs and supplier details at the fingertips of all who are professionally involved in the various aspects of interiors projects: architects, interior designers, lighting designers, specialist kitchen, bedroom or bathroom designers, flooring professionals, plus those who supply the various interior design sectors, and those who report on interior design trends.

Central to the Interiors Hub will be a database of suppliers. Depending on the level of information the suppliers opt to supply, this will include up-to-date contact information, product details, copies of recent press releases, images, PDF versions of brochures and videos. The database has already got off to a good start, with details from almost 400 companies listed.

Two industry-wide forums have also been set up on the Interiors Hub.

Interiors Hubbub is a Facebook group (http://www.facebook.com/) to exchange ideas, project information, product or project images, amusing pictures, general chit-chat and even the odd bit of gossip! It is open to all.

The Interiors Hub Forum is a Linkedin group (http://www.linkedin.com/). The aim of the Interiors Hub Forum is to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information between professionals involved in the supply and execution of interior design projects for both corporate clients and private investors. It is restricted to those working in interiors sectors.

“Following on from the launch at Interiors Birmingham, we will be promoting the Interiors Hub at all of the UBM Live exhibitions in the UK this year,” explains Andy Vaughan at UBM Live. “It will also be promoted on relevant websites and in appropriate business magazines.

“It is a very exciting project and I am confident that in a very short time the Interiors Hub will become an indispensible asset for everyone who works in the various sectors of the whole interiors business.”
