Trouble in paradise?

Make of the following what you will...

Does anyone actually have a clue what is going on with the new commission structure??
No!
Not ever 'CS' our HR guru, after a few simple questions her answers dont make sense!!!
They cant even get the figures in the ready reckoner correct!
Work them out!!
Its Ludicrous!!!
And the 15k basic actually works out crap for me, I am on £763.88 a month basic, based on per hour worked......paid 13.....yes 13 times a year!!!
That is just shy of 10k, so a basic of 15k isnt a huge increase..........considering I have lost my holiday average and the amount of commission I have to sacrifice before I get into a decent tier.
End of period today - one of my colleagues put through a 14k kitchen, under the new commision structure he will get 0.25% - THATS £35
I used to get that for selling a fit alone!!!

But hold on...........he DOESNT get £35 because there was only a 25% deposit taken..........But he stillwont get that even if he took payment in full.....why???
BECAUSE OF NON COMMISSION ITEMS - warranty values, delivery charges even additional works.....all of that comes without a commission attached to it.

And how much would he have got the same period last year......... well.....I averaged 2.18% last year.........Thats £305.20.........a little bit of difference huh!

And all the while we are Selling Kutchen lab products which on a typical £10k order make the copany £7k......of which you will get £17............its bullshit

But worst......worst .....worst of all......one of my colleagues has sold just over £200k YTD so will start at about £150k in the .25 bracket..........he has averaged over 400pph.....but has spent a lot of time off sick.....therefore earning VERY LITTLE commission...........Yet one of our new starters who is a useless P.O.S will start at £224k being given a pph of 250 x 39hrs x 23 weeks..........even though he still cant plan a kitchen.........

SO..........Howdens anybody???
And why the hell as a veteran MFI employee am I penalised

Happy bunny he/she clearly is not.
